Reading Research!
In reading, we've become researchers! We're diving deeper into informational texts and learning to synthesize information and new learning!
The Water Cycle
In science, we're studying the water cycle! We've had a lot of fun with this unit! We did an experiment on evaporation and 'traveled' through the water cycle by doing a reader's theater!
It's 2016!
Well, we're a bit late, but happy New Year! We rang in the New Year by thinking about how to begin with the end in mind. We set new goals and resolutions for ourselves for 2016!

Our Holiday Party
On the afternoon of December 17, 2015 we celebrated the winter holidays! Thank you families for throwing such a fun pizza party!
Go Cardinals!
While it may not be baseball season, we were decorating and thinking about the St. Louis Cardinals in December! We received a special assembly on December 17!
Information Writing Celebration!
On Tuesday, December 15 we shared our information writing! Students wore their pajamas to school for this winter themed celebration! First we did a gallery walk to read classmates' books. Then, we enjoyed hot chocolate!
